By now, I have covered almost all cars that were on display at the Aston stand in Geneva. Almost, because there’s one left, a small one, the one you have all been waiting for … Here it is, your favorite Aston Martin: the Cygnet!
Aston Martin has chosen the Geneva Motorshow to show their new Rapide S for the first time, bringing two beautiful examples, one in Selene Bronze and one in Volcano Red. A quick recap on the Rapide S: It is Aston’s new version of the Rapide, which will replace the current Rapide (contrary to what they did with the Vantage and Vantage S).
The factory Vanquish cars are really getting out there now. Yesterday, two different cars have been photographed by car-spotters, one in Germany and one in Belgium. Spotter “whoopyload” found this baby blue Vanquish stopping for fuel in Germany. Judging from all the dead bugs on the front of the car, the drivers had been pushing it on the Autobahn.
We’ve seen quite a few pre-production Vanquish cars around, but this one is new to me. Spotter “porsche911turbo2” was on his way to a ColdPlay gig in Cologne (yeah, I know…), when they were overtaken by this golden AM310.
