The Power Beauty Soulmates in Zwolle
This weekend, the Power Beauty Soulmates (a dutch Aston Martin club) visited Zwolle, to have dinner at the famous 3-star restaurant De Librije. Because of the nice weather, the amount of members that actually arrived in their Astons in this time of the year was surprisingly high. Here’s some quick photos I took of the Astons present:
The Aston Martins at Cars & Coffee in Wassenaar, the Netherlands
This year’s second Cars & Coffee meeting of the Dutch Cars & Business club was held on Sunday May 5. The weather was amazing, so this time over 50 members (and their cars) gathered in Wassenaar, at the “de Wittenburg” castle. Many exotic cars were present, including six Aston Martins: a DBS, a DBS Volante, three different V8 Vantages and one V8 Vantage Roadster. What? No red V12 Vantage in Fire Red or blue V12 Roadster? Nope, not this time. For this meeting I decided to bring my Black and Yellow italian beauty, front left in this photo:
17 Aston Martins gather at Dutch “Power Beauty Soulmates” meeting
The “Power Beauty Soulmates” (or PBSM) is a Dutch Aston club that meets every first Sunday of the even months. So last Sunday, April 7, PBSM members were invited to meet at the GeoFort in Herwijnen. The weather was great, so a lot of Aston Martins turned up, 17 in total. The owners of the GeoFort let us park our cars on the fort area itself, resulting in a nice row of shiny Astons. Here’s a selection of the pics I took.

Cars for Charity: Dutch ‘Droomrit voor het leven’ featuring many Astons
Last Saturday, September 29, the thirteenth edition of the Cars for Charity event “Droomrit voor het leven” (Dream ride for Life) was held in the Netherlands. The first edition took place in 2000. A student from the IVA business school decided to combine sport cars and children with health problems. For one day, children between the ages of 12 and 17, can forget their illness and have the day of their lives as a passenger in a true dream car. ‘Droomrit voor het leven’ is an annual event and only 50 cars can participate. Brand or year do not matter, what matters is that the cars are exclusive (so a limited amount of Porsches :-)) and that the children see them as dream cars. This years’ list of cars showed a massive amount of Aston Martins, including two very colorful V12 Vantages, Alwin’s Fire Red and his Flame Orange brother.
