Last Tuesday, on the exact day of Aston Martin’s 100-year anniversary, a Centenary Dinner was organized at the Hilton Park Lanel hotel in London.
800 guests were invited for champagne, food and alas, the obligatory speeches. Having been a good boy during Aston’s first 100 years, I was invited to join the party.
Here’s some pictures of the event and, of course, of the Astons that were present.
Let me start with the most important picture (for me at least):
Me and the misses, meeting the man himself, Dr. Ulrich Bez!
The special Centenary Pin that all guests found on their plate:
Sir Stirling Moss was present at the diner. Here he is, together with Dr. Bez and then signing autographs.

On to the cars! When we arrived at the Hilton, this beautiful trio was parked in front. Two One-77’s and a V12 Vantage Roadster!

Right in front of Hilton entrance was this sparkling red Vanquish.

And here’s the silver One-77 being driven back into its’ trailer.

Thank you Aston Martin, for letting us attend this great evening!
Now, what’s the next celebration event?
