This is my favorite of all cars currently at the Aston Martin stand in Geneva.
It’s another example of “what Q can do”: a Vanquish in Morning Frost White, with a complete Spectral Blue interior and several interesting blue highlights on the exterior.
Strange, but somehow it works. Or, let me be more specific: it works for me ๐
The exterior of the car is painted in Morning Frost White. Nothing strange about that, it’s a pretty popular color on current Aston Martins. But what makes it special is several less common attributes:
- The bottom lip of the front and rear spoilers have been painted in Ming Blue.
- The diamond turned surface of the wheels have a blue tint.
- All carbon fibre has a satin finish (instead of the regular glossy finish), including the entire roof, the mirror caps and the front and rear spoilers.
If that wasn’t wild enough, Q has combined it with an interior that is completely covered in Spectral Blue leather, with Baltic Blue stitching and Pearl White welting. Finally, they partially painted the carbon fibre facia, creating a gradual blue-to-carbon effect.
What do you think? Over the top or just right?
